As customer you can use our web portal. This is easy, efficient and informative. This online system provides information 24/7 about the stock situation and the status of your products. The linked tools provide system statistics and reports. All the information is strictly confidential and the data integrity is guaranteed by official licenses and authorisations.

Transparent stock policy

Your consignment of goods will receive a unique number for full, exact tracking and tracing. You can count on complete, transparent, written and verbal communication.

Customs warehouse

You can also turn to us for Custom facilities. We execute them in-house with Lintelo Export B.V. You can store goods free as well as in a 'bonded' state. To this end Koel- en Vrieshuis Lintelo has the license for Bonded Warehouse C Spec.

AEO Certification

Our AEO certification is proof that the Customs authorities consider Koel- en Vrieshuis Lintelo as a reliable partner. This Authorised Economic Operator status offers certain facilities that mean we can serve you faster.

Export oriented

Koel- en Vrieshuis Lintelo has (meat) export licenses for Taiwan, Canada, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, China, Israel and Russia. Do you need an export license for another country? We can also arrange that for you.

For steering processes and guaranteeing quality we have a quality management system in place. We are certified for that. Lloyd’s ISO 22000, IFS Food (higher level) and Skal have been fully implemented into our business operations.
